Gaining Weight! Oh My!
Gosh! I am really gaining so much weight and I feel like I really need to take some action and do some activities to keep my shape back. Too bad, i am not an athletic type of guy so I know nothing about sport. I just love to watch the game but never tried them in actual. Yeah! You can tease me now! I know I’m sort of a “loser” haha. I think i should renew my membership in the gym and start my sessions again. I wish I will have more time for these activities especially now that my job is starting to become very demanding.
Anyways, I’m still aiming to do some sport activities. Those sports that can be learned easily like badminton or tennis for example. They are simple yet effective cardio exercise. They will help you to burn fats easily. I’m not sure with the table tennis but if it does, then i will ask my dad to fix our old and unused ping pong table on the garage. I might end up buying a treadmill or a stationary bike so that i can still work out even without attending the gym. Oh I might start taking a new diet plan too. Something that is very effective and will not cost me money that much. How bout you guys? Any diet plan to suggest? Feel free to share your thoughts here. Happy Blogging!
